Teaching mixer
In today's colleges and universities, the use of thick and heavy overhead mixers is generally not economical. For general teaching purposes, CAT has specially designed several blenders for university customers to choose from:
1) R14. The weight is only 1.2Kg and the throughput is 5L. It's easy to go to the complex, no need for large capacity, no need for digital display, stable quality, and can withstand the bumps of students who have less experience:). This has met the needs of the instructors and students.

The stepless speed range is 110-2000RPM and is suitable for liquids with viscosities of 10,000 mPas. R18 is known for its stable performance and excellent price/performance ratio. 3) R16. Another blender designed for student education and small laboratories. The treatment volume is 10L. Compared with R14, the rotation speed is lower, the torque is larger, and the viscosity of the treated sample is larger.
Scientific research general type mixer:
R50 or R18 series. The R50 series features an electronic motor for any medium viscosity (50,000 MPAS). Electronic feedback speed control ensures the accuracy of the speed and avoids the fluctuation of the speed caused by the viscosity change of the sample. Therefore, when repetitive speed control is required for research and development, or parallel experiments are performed, the instrument is more convenient. The processing capacity is up to 100L. High viscosity type agitator:
R100 series and R80D are available. The R100 CT is the representative of the world's high viscosity agitators. The treatment viscosity is above 50,000 mPas, while the R100CT is up to 150,000 mPas.
