How to use, precautions, maintenance and maintenance of high-speed refrigerated centrifuge

The high-speed refrigerating centrifuge refers to the speed of up to 10,000 rpm. It has the performance and structure of the refrigerated centrifuge. The angle rotor used in the high-speed refrigerating centrifuge is mostly made of titanium alloy or aluminum alloy. The centrifuge tube is a polyethylene hard plastic product with a cover. Such centrifuges are often used to collect microorganisms, cell debris, cells, large organelles, sulfate precipitates, and immunoprecipitates. According to the structure of the centrifuge, it can be divided into a desktop high-speed refrigerating centrifuge and a vertical high-speed refrigerating centrifuge.

High-speed refrigerated centrifuge safety precautions:

1 Please read this manual carefully before use.

2 The centrifuge must be used with a reliable grounding power source.

3 Do not operate under unbalanced conditions.

4 When the high-speed refrigerating centrifuge is running within 300mm, no personnel should stay.

5 The speed of the centrifugal parts used must not exceed the corresponding maximum allowable value.

6 After one month of continuous use, inspect and tighten the rotor lock once.

7 The operator must not rely on moving the centrifuge during the operation of the centrifuge.

8 Check the rotating disc for corrosion or damage. If there is corrosion or damage, please contact the manufacturer to replace it.

9 The horizontal rotating disc should check whether the centrifugal parts are fastened, whether the rotation is flexible, and then operate according to the method of use.

10 It is forbidden to separate flammable, explosive and strong acid and alkali.

11 After use, wipe the centrifugal chamber and rotating parts clean and cut off the power.

High-speed refrigerated centrifuge use:

(1) Centrifuge installation:

1. Place the centrifuge on a stable surface and check that the accessories are ready.

2. Connect the plastic power cord to the power cord socket on the back of the centrifuge and turn on the power. Press the stop button to open the top cover.

3. Wipe the selected cone hole of the rotor head, install it on the rotary shaft of the centrifuge, and tighten the lock nut. Check that the rotor is securely installed, that the rotation is flexible, and that the contents of the container are cleaned.

4. Fit the centrifuge tube with the selected rotor as needed and place it in the rotor hole.

5. Replacement of the rotor: Use a wrench to loosen the fastening stud on the angle rotor counterclockwise. After loosening, continue to turn the wrench counterclockwise until the rotor can be removed. Place the rotor to be mounted on the spindle with the spindle pin to be installed, and tighten the lock nut clockwise.

(2) Sample balance:

1. Balance the test tube solution with a balance and place it symmetrically in the rotor hole.

2. A single sample can be leveled with water and placed symmetrically.

(3) Inspection before operation:

In order to ensure the safe operation of the centrifuge, the following aspects must be checked before operation.

1. Power supply: Whether the voltage, frequency and current (insurance) meet the requirements.

2. Make sure that the rotor is installed securely and flexibly. Check if the rotor lock is tightened.

3. Check the mounting surfaces of the centrifugal chamber, drive shaft and rotor to ensure cleanliness.

4. Check the chemical compatibility of the isolates with the test tubes.

5. Use your own centrifuge tube and accessories to ensure that it does not affect normal rotation.

6. Make sure the sample is level and placed symmetrically. It is strictly forbidden to operate without balance.

7. Ensure a good working environment, such as necessary ventilation and isolation.

8. Turn on the power switch on the right side and the press starts working. Set the required parameters such as rotor, speed, temperature time, press the OK button and press the start button to operate the machine.

9. After using the centrifuge every day, please open the water discharge port on the left rear of the machine to drain the water and dry the water in the container with a dry cloth. If the water in the container is not drained in time, the motor will short-circuit and burn the motor.

Note: The temperature error during operation after the new machine temperature setting is large, the temperature should be within the control range after 2-3 times of operation, and the same after long-term use.

Maintenance and maintenance of high speed refrigerated centrifuge

1. After use, open the water discharge port on the left rear side, and let the water in the container chamber dry. Wipe the surface of the centrifuge chamber with a soft cloth. If necessary, wipe it with a neutral detergent or a damp cloth, then dry it with a dry cloth.

2. Before and after the use of the rotating head, wipe it with a soft cloth and check for damage. Please confirm that it is correct before use. After wiping with a mild detergent or a damp cloth, dry with a dry cloth.

3. Replace the fuse: first cut off the power supply, remove the fuse cover at the lower part of the rear side of the chassis, and take out the fuse to replace the new fuse of the same specification.

4. When the product is packed and kept, it must be placed in a dry room.

5. If the horizontal rotor is equipped with ABS engineering plastic test tube rack, its service life is 3 years. Please contact the manufacturer to purchase a new test tube rack after 3 years.

Lifesaving Long-range Thrower

Equipped with carbon fiber gas, the working pressure is greatly increased, and the weight is reduced by about
There is no pressure gauge and pressure relief, so as to observe the pressure of the thrower and adjust the working pressure value
