4.3 Before going to work, the cleaner must clean the environment around the workbench and purify the air.
4.4 Before entering the ultra-clean work area, operators must wear clothes, pants, hats, gloves, etc. in the buffer room, and try to avoid the action of obviously disturbing the airflow pattern.
4.5 When using the workbench , the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp should be turned on 500min in advance to clean the microorganisms accumulated on the surface of the workbench in the work area. After 300min, turn off the sterilizing lamp and start the blower.
4.6 After the work is completed, with 0.1% benzalkonium bromide wiped clean bench surface, the blower off, turning on the UV light sterilization 30min, after zui off.
Ultra-clean workbench operation instructions:
1. Precautions before operation
(1) It is strictly forbidden to store unnecessary items in the ultra-clean work area to keep the clean air flow pattern unchanged. (2) For newly installed or long-term unused workbench, it is necessary to clean the workbench and surrounding ring mirror with an ultra-static vacuum cleaner or a tool that does not produce fibers before use, and then use drug sterilization or ultraviolet light. Sterilization is carried out by sterilization.
(3) The operating temperature of the operating area should not exceed 60 °C.
2. The main steps of operating the ultra-clean workbench
(1) Sterilize the instruments, utensils, bacteria bags, test tubes, etc. that need to be used, and put them into the ultra-clean workbench .
(2) When using the workbench, it should be turned on 30 minutes in advance (press the power button), press the set button to check the setting of relevant parameters and the working state of the device, press the UV lamp button to turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp to process the surface accumulation in the operation area. microorganism. When leaving the room where the clean bench is located, turn on the UV lamp in the buffer chamber to sterilize. After the sterilization is completed, the instrument should be turned off for 30 minutes to convert the ozone into oxygen to avoid irritation to the operator. Then press the fluorescent button to turn on the fluorescent light and start the fan. You can do it.
(3) Personnel bring disposable masks, hats and medical latex gloves.
(4) Properly open the ultra-clean workbench to move the door. Do the required operations. The experimenter should follow the aseptic procedure throughout the test.
(5) After completion of work, with 75% alcohol wipe clean bench surface, the blower off, turning on the UV light sterilization 15min, turn off the power after zui.
(6) After use, fill in the usage record.
3, the use and maintenance of ultra-clean workbench should pay attention to the problem
(1) During the entire experiment, the experimenter should follow the aseptic procedure.
(2) Ultraviolet rays are very irritating to the skin and retina of the human body. It is necessary to turn off the ultraviolet light when the person enters the buffer room. The penetration of ultraviolet light is very weak, ordinary glass can be completely blocked, so it cannot be UV lamp with lampshade. The oxygen in the opening will generate ozone under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays. The ozone is irritating to the respiratory mucosa, and should be waited for a while before the test operation.
(3) If there is an alarm in the HEPA of the equipment, it indicates that there is a problem with the air filtration performance of the equipment. The operation should be stopped in time, and the status of the equipment should be reported to replace or repair the filter material.
