Safety Precautions
Please read before the instrument operation
1. Read MSDS (Chemical Safety Data Sheet) carefully before using this instrument.
2, do not use materials that are self-igniting and stabilize below 210 °C
3. Hand and eye protection is a must. Please take protective measures according to the test sample before use.
4. Please use the equipment in a ventilated kitchen.
5. The device cannot be moved when the temperature of the medium in the water bath is high.
6, when the water bath work can not open the water bath shell
7. Repair electrical components must be handled by a professional electrical engineer, or contact the manufacturer.
8. Samples should not contain ethers, fuels, ammunition, or other unusually flammable or explosive samples and compounds.
9, the use of acidic samples will corrode the water bath, unless PTFE coating is added
Instructions
First, the operation interface
Digital Controller - Controls the bath temperature Timer Controller - Controls timing for water bath preheating or automated processing Time Switch - Start or reset time setting, momentary switch Heat Switch - Select manual control or timing adjustment heating Gas Switch - Select manual control or timing adjustment ventilation Time Light - Green, indicating that the Alert Light is being operated periodically - Red indicates timing operation Complete Heat Light - yellow, indicating that the water bath is heating Gas Light - yellow, indicating that it is venting
Second, the operation process
1. Press the reset button (if available)
2, open the temperature switch
3. Set the required temperature with the digital controller. Press the “*†button and the “+†and “-†buttons to adjust the set temperature. Release the “*†button to display the current temperature. Press “*†to display the set temperature.
4, manual gas, heating control A, lower dial heating switch, yellow heating indicator light, indicating that the heating system is effective, the temperature can be controlled by the digital controller B, the gas switch is turned down, the yellow ventilation indicator is on, indicating that the ventilation system is effective The flow rate can be controlled by the flow meter C, the switch is turned OFF, and the function is turned off.
5, timing gas, heating control (countdown C)
The timing control system can provide a variety of working procedures, only the C and H programs are suitable for the instrument A, the water bath is filled with water, the water level is at most 0.5 inches B below the water bath wall, the switch is turned OFF, C, the left timing controller Transfer to C program, program C is to delay operation program D, set delay time, press the right button to adjust the required time unit, set the time number by adjusting the middle three buttons
As shown above: After 12.5 hours, work E. Turn the heating switch to OFF. F. Turn the ventilation switch to OFF. G. Turn on the power. I press the start switch. The instrument will count down and complete the operation.
6, timing gas, heating control (continuous H)
A. Fill the water bath with water, the water level is at most 0.5 inches B lower than the water bath wall, turn the switch to the OFF position C, and adjust the left timing controller to the H program. The program H is the delay operation program D, set the duration, press Right button to adjust the required time unit, set the time number by adjusting the middle three buttons
As shown above: Automatically stop after 35 minutes of continuous operation. E. Turn the heating switch to OFF. F. Turn the ventilation switch to OFF. G. Turn on the power. I press the start switch. The instrument will count down and complete the operation.
