What should you pay attention to when installing the resistance level switch?

The rotary rotary level switch uses a micro motor as the driving device. The transmission shaft is connected with the clutch. When the material is not in contact with the material, the motor runs normally. When the blade contacts the material, the motor stops rotating. The detecting device outputs a contact signal and cuts off the power supply. Stop turning. When the material is lowered, the resistance of the blade disappears, and the detecting device returns to the original state by the torsion spring. The rotary-type material level controller has unique sealing design, superior overload protection capability and simple installation method. The rotary level switch is widely used in feed, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, plastic, construction, fertilizer and other industries.

Need to pay attention to the installation of the resistance level switch:

1. Please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage above the label before installation.

2. The resistance level switch should be avoided to be installed at the inlet. When it is unavoidable, a protective baffle can be installed to protect the blade from material impact.

3. When installing horizontally, the inlet box of the junction box should be vertically facing downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be locked. If there are conditions, a rain cover can be added.

4. Confirm horizontal installation or vertical installation before installation.

5. When installing horizontally, the blade should be installed at an angle of 10~20° downward to reduce the impact of materials.
