The following requirements should be strictly followed when using a pressure steam sterilizer :
1. To ensure safe use, ensure that the sterilizer power cord has a good grounding.
2, the sterilizer should be placed in a suitable environment, should be ventilated and dry, no flammable and explosive materials.
3. Do not disassemble the safety valve, lead seal and screws on the steam release valve.
4. Do not stack more than 4/5 of the volume in the sterilizer, otherwise there will be safety hazards.
5. When the seal ring is attached with oil, it is easy to damage the gel and cause air leakage, which should be avoided as much as possible.
6. Chemicals that come into contact with the vapor medium to cause an explosion or sudden increase in pressure cannot be sterilized by a sterilizer.
7. When stacking sterilized articles, make sure that there are enough clearances to block the air outlets of the safety valve and the vent valve to ensure the smoothness of the air and ensure safety.
8. The liquid should be filled in a heat-resistant glass bottle for sterilization. The liquid should not exceed 3/4 of the bottle volume. It is not advisable to use a perforated rubber or cork for the bottle mouth, and apply a cotton gauze.
9. Do not sterilize items of different types and different sterilization requirements.
10. After the sterilization is finished, the steam cannot be released immediately, and the residual pressure must be discharged after the pointer of the pressure gauge returns to zero.
11. The pressure gauge should be checked regularly and replaced as necessary.
12. Regularly check the safety valve and replace it immediately when the safety valve fails.
13. Always check the seal sealing and replace it in time.
14. After the sterilizer is used, the water in the container should be removed. If there is scale on the container or the electric heating tube, it should be cleaned to prolong the life.
