Wet production process

First, the steam is directly introduced, and the stirrer is continuously stirred. After about 10 minutes, it is changed to indirect steam and steamed. The temperature in the digester was brought to 90 to 95 ° C for 15 minutes.
b. The cooked material is sent to the screw press by a spiral conveyor belt, and the pressed cake solid is sent to the coarse pulverizer for pulverization; the pressed liquid still contains a lot of protein granules in the pressing liquid. The solid matter can be recovered by a rolling sieve before separation, and then dried to form a finished product. In the liquid part, the fish oil is separated by centrifugal separation and natural sedimentation, and the soluble protein solution after separating the fish oil is concentrated by vacuum and spray-dried into high-quality fish meal.
c. Fishmeal pressed cake still contains a lot of water. In order to be easy to dry, the pressed cake should be roughly pulverized and then dried in a desiccator for about 30 minutes to make the water content less than 10%, and then sent to a magnetic pulverizer to absorb the iron particles and other impurities in the fish meal. It is the finished fishmeal product, which can be stored in bags or shipped after being cooled.

Dry production process.

a. The large pieces of raw materials are chopped and sent to a steaming machine, steamed and dried by steam for about 4 hours at a temperature of 100 to 105 °C. During the evaporation process, the agitator on the central shaft of the steamer is continuously stirred to prevent dry coke. The degree of evaporation should be mastered according to the actual operation, and the general moisture is about 10%. For example, as non-defatted fish meal, it can be packaged after being steamed and dried. If it is qualified, it can be packaged; if it is used as degreased fishmeal, it should be degreased according to the procedure.
b. Fishmeal degreasing has two kinds of pressing method and solvent extraction method, and the pressing method is generally used in China. The method is to first pick out large pieces of impurities, and heat the fish meal into the press to press out the grease. Generally, a screw press is used, and the oil content of the fish meal is about 12%. If it is lowered, it is difficult. The extraction process is more complicated, the technical requirements are higher, and the oil content of the fish meal can be reduced to less than 2%.
