According to tests, this method can generally be safely preserved for 7 to 8 days. There are two specific methods: (1) Plastic bags (or porcelain jars) preservation method. That is, non-toxic, airtight plastic bags (or porcelain jars) are used to fill the wet wheat and then sealed. (2) stacking seal method. According to the amount of wet wheat, choose a plastic film of a moderate size covering the heap of wheat, compacted and sealed with soil around it. In order to further improve the anti-mildew effect, an appropriate amount of fresh poplar branch leaves may also be mixed in the stack at a ratio of 1:500.
2. Chemical preservation method. Use vinegar or bleaching powder in a ratio of 1:500, or use salt in a ratio of 1.5 to 2:100 with wet wheat and stir evenly, and then tightly seal the lid, generally safe for more than 10 days.
