1. Preparation:
Prepare before starting up
Install accessories such as label holders and cotton holders.
Check if the screws are loose or fall off due to transportation.
A small amount of No. 20-40 oil is added to each active part, and high temperature oil is added to the longitudinal seal and the transverse seal.
2. Preparation before operation
Turn on the power, air supply.
Close the leakage switch and turn on the main power switch.
Set the inverter motor to F30.0, jog the packaging machine, check whether the packaging machine can run; start the packaging machine to run dry, check for abnormal noise.
Set the temperature of the vertical and horizontal seals and the temperature of the label temperature control table (the temperature is set according to the melting point of the material).
Wear cotton thread (see section on installing the cotton thread)
Wear label paper (see section on how to install label paper)
Install the packaging film (see the section on the film)
3. Boot operation sequence:
Check whether the material handle, the wire feed handle, and the delivery handle are in the disengaged state (this must be in the disengaged position)
The filter paper is fed into the longitudinal sealing roller, and the bag is hollowed out to check whether the sealing is flat, firm and whether the intermediate knife can be cut.
Close the wire feed handle and the delivery handle to check whether the finished empty bag is qualified.
Close the loading and unloading handle to see if the cutting time is correct. When the inner bag transverse sealing roller is in a horizontal state, the measuring cup should be just aligned with the lowering hole.
Disengage the inner bag handle, the outer packaging film penetrates the vertical sealing roller, and pulls the film about 30 cm. Set the microcomputer to a fixed length, start the packaging machine, and check whether the bag is flat and firm. Stop, set it to the microcomputer to follow the standard, start the packaging machine, check whether the bag is accurate.
