1. Installation and adjustment of the die:
1.1 Preparation before die installation: Remove the hopper, feeder, open the right door, turn the handwheel to clean the working surface of the turntable, the die hole and the die to be installed. Rotate the pressure handwheel to adjust the pressure to Zui.
1.2 Installation of the middle mold: 1mm around the rotating table of the middle mold fastening screw on the turntable. Note that the parts such as the powder suction nozzle should not be rubbed. Do not touch the head of the screw when the middle mold is installed. The middle mold device is tight, and it is stable when placed. The rod is punched into the upper punching hole, and then the middle mold is gently driven into the die hole, the plane is not higher than the turntable surface, and then the screw is fastened.
1.3 Installation of the upper punch: first remove the tongue, then pry the upper punch into the hole, rotate the punch with your finger, check that the head enters the middle mold, can slide up and down freely, and no jamming is acceptable. Turn the handwheel again until the neck of the punch contacts the parallel rail. Put all the equipment on the top and install the tongue.
1.4 Undershoot installation: Remove the undershoot loading and unloading rails, install according to the method of upper punching installation, and install the underload loading and unloading rails after loading.
1.5 Trial run: Complete the die, turn the handwheel, make the turntable rotate two times, observe the operation of the upper and lower punch into the middle die hole and on the track. No jamming and collision phenomena are acceptable. It should be noted that the high point of Zui (ie, the location of the film) should be 0.1-0.3 mm above the working surface of the turntable. Close all doors, turn on the motor, idle for 2 minutes, and wait until the operation is stable before use.
2. Installation and adjustment of the feeder: Install the feeder on the feeder bracket, then tighten the knurled screw, and then adjust the adjustment screw so that the gap between the feeder and the turning table is 0.05-0.1 mm, and tighten the knurled screw. . Then adjust the height of the baking plate so that the bottom plane is flush with the working surface of the turntable and tighten the screws.
3. Adjustment of filling amount: The filling adjustment is controlled by the adjusting hand wheel installed on the right side of the front of the machine, and there is an indication mark on the hand wheel. When the hand wheel rotates clockwise, the amount of filling decreases, and vice versa. When adjusting, pay attention to the sufficient amount of particles in the feeder, and adjust the pressure so that the film has sufficient hardness and weigh it.
4. Thickness (pressure) adjustment of the tablet: When the thickness (pressure) of the tablet is adjusted, it is controlled by the adjusting hand wheel installed on the left side of the front of the machine, and there is an indication mark on the side of the hand wheel. When the hand wheel rotates counterclockwise, the tablet thickness decreases (pressure increases) and the tablet thickness increases (pressure decreases). After the filling amount is adjusted, check the thickness and hardness of the tablet, and then make appropriate fine adjustment until it is qualified.
5. Adjustment of the amount of powder: When the filling amount is adjusted, the flow rate of the particles is adjusted. Firstly, loosen the screw on the side of the bucket frame, and then rotate the adjustment screw on the bucket frame to adjust the distance between the hopper mouth and the working surface of the turntable. The distance from the normal observation of the accumulation of particles in the feed port is qualified. Tighten the screws after adjustment.
6. Speed ​​selection: The method of adjusting the speed is relatively simple. Just turn the adjustment knob to increase clockwise, and vice versa. The key is the choice of speed, which has a direct impact on the life of the machine, the difference in tablet weight, and the quality of the tablet.
