In rural areas, it is common for the hammer mills that have been overhauled and installed for the first time to undergo strong vibrations during the test run. There are several reasons for this situation:
(1) Wrong installation of hammer in inspection and assembly. When the hammers are used for face change, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from being out of balance, all the hammers in the crusher must be turned over. Otherwise, strong vibrations may occur during operation.
(2) The difference between the weights of the two sets of hammers exceeds 5 grams. The method of elimination is to adjust the hammer weight so that the difference between the corresponding two groups is less than 5 grams.
(3) Individual hammers are too tight and do not throw away during operation. After the machine can be turned down, it can be turned by hand to find ways to make the hammer rotate flexibly.
(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced. In this case, the balance needs to be carefully checked and adjusted separately.
(5) Spindle bending deformation. The solution is to straighten or replace.
(6) The bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged. Replacement of new bearings is generally used to solve the problem.
(7) The bottom corner fixing nut is not tightened or is loose during operation. The solution is to tighten.
